It is essential that you feel safe to discuss whatever you want in sessions, and that trust is very important to us. Only in the most extreme situations (if you want to hurt yourself or someone else, for example) would we need to break confidentiality to keep you and those around you safe. You’ll read more about this in the care contract you’ll sign with your therapist before you start your first session!

  • It is our goal to bridge the gap between public and private therapy. We do this by having a qualified professional team that believes strongly in the vision and mission of The Mood Project. We also offer teletherapy, and use rotating coworking office spaces that enable us to keep operating costs lower than pricier private therapy clinics, without compromising on quality and professionalism.
